mindflint began with a simple question ...
Why are so many brilliant ideas never adopted?
After decades working in research, startups, and education, we kept seeing the same pattern. Creative inventors were being asked to run project timelines and fill out spreadsheets. Ideas-driven thinkers were expected to manage corporate networking. And strategic problem-solvers were handed operational issues to sort out.
Everyone just kind of assumes that if you're clever, you must be clever at everything. But biology tells a different story.
For every strength, there's a trade-off. And humans are particularly trade-off heavy. So much so that we’re useless alone. We’re built for interdependence.
We’ve always survived by thinking differently, together.
