First, we map your mind


Using our proprietary assessment tool, we provide you with a personalised map that shows how you naturally think and work with others.

You’ll also receive a detailed report on your dominant cognitive role, and how this shapes your leadership journey.

Our full-month programme costs $1,950 per person (+GST). 

We can work with you online or in person.  Travel + accommodation costs apply if you would like us to travel outside of Canterbury.

Our programme is designed for between 5–12 people. This size creates the space for real openness and insight.  Research shows that  that vulnerability begins to drop with higher numbers. If your team is larger, get in touch and we can talk through the best way to design the experience for you.

Payment is 50% upfront, and 50% after the workshop, plus costs.

STEP 1: Schedule a Quick Call
In this 30-minute call, we'll get to know each other.  We'll ask you what you want to achieve from your programme, and what problems you're trying to solve. Together, we'll figure out whether this is the right fit for you.

STEP 2: Discovery Meeting
We'll get together again, and we'll gather more information from you so that we can tailor the programme to your needs.

STEP 3: Programme Delivery
Our programme can be delivered online or in person.  Our four key modules are delivered in 90 minute blocks, once a week over the course of a month.  With homework and reflections.

You'll get individual cognitive profile reports, individual cognitive load maps, and a full team map as we work through the programme.

For retreats or offsites, we can deliver the programme as a full day intensive.

 STEP 4: Report Portal
As part of the programme, we'll provide you with a password protected site with your individual and team reports, resources, and insights, so that you can easily share the learnings with your team.
